- pray continually, —1 Thessalonians 5:17

- Build up others
- Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification. —Romans 14:19
- Speak truth with transparency and authenticity
- Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. —Ephesians 4:15
- Operate with excellence
- Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, —Colossians 3:23
- Act as a catalyst for Faith, Hope and Love
- And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, —Hebrews 10:24
- Act as careful and diligent stewards of every resource given to us
- Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. —1 Peter 4:10
- Remain obedient and intentional with bold tenacity
- Now may the God of peace equip you with every good thing for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him. —Hebrews 13:20-21
Our Guiding Principles
- Each of us is perfectly created in the image of God
- Everyone matters, we are all integral to God's perfect plan
- All are welcome at the table, it is a Place for all
- We are each made whole in Christ
- We will see ourselves and others as our Heavenly Father sees us; not as the worldly culture sees us
- We all have unique gifts and talents which we will use to bless and serve others while giving glory and honor to God
- Ministry will be done with each other, in a community of belonging
- We will not be defined by our current circumstances; we can change our narrative if we choose to define ourselves through that which unites us in Christ
